Project overview
A multi-site programme creating a consistent long-term waterproofing standard across live banking facilities throughout Northern Ireland.
Technical delivery
Cold-applied Westwood Wecryl encapsulated most flat roofs without full strip-out or hot works. Unsuitable substrates received new decking and vapour-control layers.
Access and material routes were selected site by site, with work areas segregated to protect customers, staff and branch operations.
Performance outcome
The programme eliminated persistent leaks and extended roof service life through a repeatable but adaptable methodology.
