A live industrial refurbishment that transformed a dated office and warehouse with overcladding, strong brand colour and upgraded drainage.
Technical delivery
Galvanised rails created a true substrate over retained cladding. Break-pressed trays in three grey tones added depth, while red surrounds reinforced the client identity.
Single-skin roof oversheeting, new highline gutters and PVC rainwater goods improved durability with the building remaining operational.
Performance outcome
The work turned a tired industrial unit into a crisp contemporary workplace with minimal disruption.
